I used the site for my own H&S marketing and to honest it isn't very good. I was having people from all round telling me what they can do for me for peanuts. I couldn't commit to anyone as there is no way to be sure they are the right people and the reviews could be made up. Plus I didn't want foriegn voices cold calling possible leads, as experiance shows must people think call centre india and put phone down. I did however use one guy for my website. He was based down to road from me, a student doing it for extra cash. He did a good job at a pretty cheap rate
