Is there a minimum amount of flammable substances you can store before needing a fire proof storage cabinet? We use a 400ml highly flammable aerosol. It is reasonable not to provide a storage unit just for this one product or is it a requirement?

Is this a single aerosol?

A flammables cabinet is usually advised when around 50l are stored in a workshop etc.
