Dear Sir,

We are having storage of compressed gas cylender like , CO2, Oxygen, Propane, Nytrogen.

I observed on cylender they are writen manufacturing date or may be its fabricated date of the cylender  I am not sure.

Please help me to understand the handle of the compressed gas cylender  with their life cycle..

Is there any test certificate requir for that .

Most people do not buy the gas cylinder; they rent them out and just buy the gas. The supplier will check the cylinder when it is returned to them and will only fill them and issue them if they are ok.

They only time that you should be worrying about the cylinders is if you are filling them yourselves.

This is correct. There are test periods for gas cylinders, depending to some extent on what they have been filled with, but if you have purchased the gas from a supplier, you only rent the cylinder (which is where gas companies make a lot of their money for some common gases), so life cycles of cylinders is not something you should have to worry about, that is down to the gas company.
