ISO 9001 - stress and environment clause 7.1.4

Had to carry out an audit recently, so went back to ISO 9001:2015.
Just wondered how many of H&S / HR colleagues have spotted the notes to clause 7.1.4 :
"A suitable environment can be a combination of human and physical factors, such as:
a) social (e.g. non-discriminatory, calm, non-confrontational);
b) psychological (e.g. stress-reducing, burnout prevention, emotionally protective)"
Anyone know of any ISO 9001 audits where these have been commented upon? Surely only a matter of time?

Notes are not auditable but are there to help the organisation and auditor apply the requirements.

To quote from page vi "Note is for guidance in understanding or clarifying the associated requirement" - so you could view the note above along the lines of an 'expectation' perhaps? My point was that sooner or later in an ISO 9001 assessment, someone is going to be picked up on wheterh or not their organisation is calm and non-confrontational or stress-reducing and burnout preventing .. .. its in the published text as a note to clarify the associated requirement

Things must be bad indeed if people are shouting and screaming at each other in front of an external auditor!
