Would anyone like to advise me on the main findings report or show me a copy of theirs as I have found problems in completing my report

you can however buy the revision guide from rrc or nebosh has a template for it, follow the process, and then you should come out with something pretty good. ensure you have some way of demonstrating that action has/will be taken on the findings.
