Hi
I'm putting together a presentation for my global board report, and am looking for information on liability claim trends over the past few years, hoping to break this down into regional statistics for the UK to show how some areas are culturally more likely to submit a claim.
To put this into context, we see a greater number of claims from some areas of the UK, albeit with less incidents occurring. I'm wanting to make the point - using independant data -that a rise in claims in a region could be culturally driven, rather than safety performance being worse than the other regions.
My Google-fu clearly isnt working, and Bing isnt great at the best of times.
Would anyone have any pointers or info they could share?
Many thanks

Have you tried looking at the website for the ABI? Or you could try the Office of National Statistics
