Hi safety practitioners around the world! I’m keen for the practices you implement at your workplaces having regard to supervision visibility in safety leadership. Thus: What kind of system or program do you have for supervisors to demonstrate safety leadership? How do you measure their involvement to safety matters? I mean, what criteria do you have for measurement? And how effective are these programs/ systems? As far as I understand, the pivotal challenges we face at our workplaces in terms of safety management, are related directly to human factors/ performance. Therefore, your experiences could be a good way to brainstorm in this regard. I’m looking forward to your comments! Regards, Elvin
