Good Afternoon,

I would be interested to know what UKAS guidelines are regarding the number of audit days for migration to 45001. I have been notified by our accreditation company that we require 2 on the back of our next surveillance visit which is set at 7 days annually. This seems slightly disproportionate to me. We employ approximately 300 people.

Regards.

Believe it is relevant to the complexity of the organisation e.g. number of employees, number of sites, sector to which you work?  Others may be able to offer greater depth to the answer?

We have been assigned 6 days and have 15% less employees, it depends on the organisation and the scope of works
