I am being asked by a company if it is OK for staff who have been trained for the last 3 years plus on Catagory B non-licensed training to carry on past theer UKATA training expiry date?  They have training booked in but there is a period where the 12 month UKATA refresher will have lapsed.

I have read the HSE guidance L143 which outlines regular training but does not stipulate it has to be acredited training.

Any help gratefully received.
