Hello,
I need to develop a Regulation compliance check list for a friend that is opening a shop.
someone has a starting document. requirements and standard reference.
Can be something like the compliance check list as used for the management system Ohsas 18001 or Iso 45001.

what type of shop? what type of occupancy - tennant, landlord, lease holder?
The compliance requirements will vary dependent upon the answers to the above e.g. if they are a tennant gas safety checks would be a landlord responsibility.
