150mm from the top

centre

250mm from the bottom

It depends on the 'as tested' certification.

All Fire Doors should have at least 3 hinges, Heavier doors may have the 'third' hinge around 200mm below the top hinge, really heavy doors 4 hinges.

Check the doorset installation instructions.
