I have a client who has removed asbestos in multiple locations but has not fully updated their management plan, survey adn register would you insist this. Their argument is they no where the asbestos is and they inform contractors but post demoliton survey and removal in multiple places I have always got a fresh management survey straight away and updated register.

Yes because the prior survey is now out of date and the condition of the building has changed.

Yes, because it forms part of a risk assessment. MHSWR 3(3)(b) says it should be updated if "there has been a significant change in the matters to which it relates".
