Hitting a brick wall on this one, we have a warehouse man with hallux rigidus (big toe is stuck in one position) due to arthritis, his orthopaedic specialist has recommended particular shoes with a rocker sole to help mobilise the toe. He spends most of his time on his feet at work and his current safety boots cause him considerable pain so I would like to find him some suitable safety footwear but I'm drawing a blank. I can get our OH provider involved but I need to have something to go to them with to get the ball rolling, any body got any ideas?
