Having realised clean shaven is impossible to maintain over 12 hour shifts we stopped messing about and invested in protections to suit the employee rather than making the employees suit the protection.

we have the same issue and we're not talking 12hr shifts, we talking weeks and sometimes months of growth. Tech's dont take it seriously, especially when they say things like "my wife prefers it".... policy says clean shaven but impossible to police as they work alone across the whole uk. We provide half face masks, which are suitable and appropriate, but only when they're clean shaven. And the vapours cannot be eliminated any further,
