I have been tasked to deliver a project on "Health and Safety Change Management".  As I have limited knowledge about Change Management and its process. Does anyone have any guidance document, sample project plan that might give me an understanding on how to lead the Project (as I will be leading the project).

Currently the organisation has only a Change management standards that describes a list of requirements for Project Managers, Project Leaders etc. The purpose of the standard is to "to define requirements for ensuring significant operational risks associated with changes to equipment, machinery, infrastructure, processes or people are recognised and controlled"

For start I have started to write a definition for Change Management and its scope.

Although this document from HSE is focussed on organisational change, the framework presented actually works for all types of change https://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/chis7.pdf
