When the government guidance states that risk assessments should be published on the company website If over 50 employees are employed do you interpret that as internal website or external?

The intention is that it would be availabe to all staff - if you have an intranet that everyone can access (even a shared computer drive/server) that would suffice.

Personally I would be avoiding publishing what is an internal document on an external facing platform.

I am not aware of any company that has its internal procedures visible to the world.

Company web sites are not typically intended for communication with employees.
