Hi All

We have a single sales employee working in Japan although this looks likely to increase and no premises. I have been asked what safety records we are required to keep by Japanese legislation and am struggling to find any information. Can any one help please or should I just apply UK guidelines.

we have staff working there and you need to get your head around the employment law requirements...it depends if they are a full time employee or contractors as the hours requirements will be different...as for safety the normal rules apply so you could apply your company procedures and the legislation pretty much mirrors OSHA in thier requirements...
