Warehouse Heating - Any smart ways to cost effectively heat a warehouse?

Just looking for some individuals who may have found some smart ways to:

Keep energy bills down by not heating the whole warehouse, but effectively heating

  • the people
  • the product

the product needs to be kept at 10 degrees or above and is currently in the open plan warehouse space, the people need to move around and be happy and feel loved, any novel solutions out there?
