Posted By Sonia Thomas Nick The HSE website has good information about the duties of each party under the CDM Regulations as well as an Approved Code of Practice. There are also links to other website that may be of interest. The Association for Project Safety is a professional organisation providing information for those working as Planning Supervisors website is www.aps.org.uk Also CDM Regulations Procedures Manual by Stuart SumerHayes. Hope this helps regards Sonia
