We currently operate from six sites throughout the UK and an excellent opportunity has now arisen within the Company based at our offices in Matlock, Derbyshire. We are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Officer to be responsible for the day to day management of H & S at each of our sites. The key focus of the role will be to work closely with the Depot Managers and senior management team to ensure best practice is adopted and developed. It is essential that suitable candidates are self-motivated, have a dynamic and strong practical attitude to H & S and the ability to influence both staff and senior management effectively. This is very much a 'hands on' role and you will be expected to design and implement all necessary procedures and policies. Candidates should possess BSC Diploma/NEBOSH qualifications, genuine enthusiasm for H & S and enjoy travelling as part of the role.
