Working as part of a wider team covering all areas of facilities management these are regional roles that will include auditing, training, system development and reporting, working alongside contract management teams in the regions. Candidates should ideally be MIOSH although an applicant currently studying for NBEOSH diploma part 2 or NVQ4 with appropriate experience would be considered. Environmental qualifications and experience would be a distinct advantage. A minimum of 3 years experience within a multi-site operation is essential, experience of Facilities Management and/or maintenance services would be advantageous. You will need to be able to influence at senior levels and be capable of achieving targets with the minimum of supervision. These regional roles will be based out of Manchester and/or Leeds with regional and occasional national travel. Posted By mark ryan I am currently studying for a degree in Health, Safety and Environmental Management, at the Nottingham Trent University. I am starting my second year in September after achieving good grades in all modules. My thoughts are now turning to my placement year which I hope to start in June 2006.
