J & T Group, a firm specialising in metalwork, asbestos removal, joinery and structural design are looking to employ a Health and Safety Assistant to work with our existing Health and Safety Officer.

We are based in Hillington Park, Glasgow however we have sites spread throughout the British Isles.

The recruit will be required to work as part of a team to manage Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues within our main office and all of our relevant sites.

It is essential that the candidate is self-motivated, has a dynamic and strong practical attitude towards health and safety, and has the ability to influence both senior management and the more obstinate of the construction workforce.

As a minimum, candidates should possess the NEBOSH general certificate, however applicants who have obtained a relevant degree may also be considered.
