Posted By Brett Day No, not office angels. The culprit is Hays Montrose / Hays Construction. I am registered with a couple of agencies that I've found to reliable and practical in thier approach. Other agencies I've used in the past have just sent my CV (even though it was out of date) to all and sundry, which I've found to my cost has been damaging so I'll stick with quality not quantity. I'm still getting roughly 2 agency contacts a day !!

Posted By Hard Hat Here what your saying there Brett, I find the 'big' agencies are awful for sending your info out left right and centre, I've recieived unsolicited CV's of friends who I know aren't looking at the moment. That being said I got my current role through one of the smaller recruitment agencies and found them very professional at all times. All the best Tony

Check out the thread "We're Different, are you?" or our web site at www.4seerisk.com to see if you fancy taking it further. We have ads in both July and Aug SHP too if you are interested. We are growing rapidly and really need more good consultants. See what you think. Mike
