Health and Safety Consultant required in South East

Owing to continual growth, we are looking for a qualified health and safety professional to expand our growing presence in this sector.
Successful candidates will be NEBOSH qualified - DIP1, DIP2 - or degree level, and able to monitor and service the Health and Safety needs of current and future clients including audits, risk assessments and policy drafting and training. Food Safety experience is desirable though not essential.
Successful candidate must have first class interpersonal skills, a willingness to travel within Southern England and an ability to work on his/her own initiative.
Salary: Reward package will depend on the experience and seniority: between £30K to £40K plus subsidised healthcare and car/travel allowance.

I currently hold an MSC. in Occupational Health and safety Management. My earlier degrees are in statistics and Computer Science. The only experience l have is that l an a health and safety rep. in the company l am currently working as a Computer Technician.
Do l fall in the requirements for this job?

I am MIOSH qualified(NVQ4, diploma equivalent), environmental auditor,
manual handling trainer.
9 years with local government.
