Posted By Chris05 Part of an AIM listed Health, Safety and Environment consultancy , Health & Safety Click Ltd are looking to establish and grow a field sales team in the Midlands and North and we need experienced business winners with a strong knowledge of the small business and SME intermediary market, with a proven track record in management services sales, to help grow the business further. The role is initially new business based. We require a responsible, trustworthy , target driven candidate, self-managing and self-motivated, capable and content with generating most of their own appointments and closing business within a 2-6 month sales cycle. The role will be home office and field based, with frequent travel mainly within the Midlands and/or North. It is unlikely that you will have under 4 years recent successful field sales experience; you will have a consultative approach to selling and an excellent track record of closing deals with small and SME businesses. Experience of selling health & safety, employment, compliance, consultancy, insurance or online information services is desirable, but not essential. Ability to hit the ground running and over achieve is essential. Working autonomously and reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsibility for hitting all targets and exploring new routes to market.
