Is there a consultant or HR Professional amongst us that would be willing to take a look at my cv and give me some constructive feedback?
I would rather not be sending it out to all and sundrie just so they can take a look but if you are in a position to assist I would be very grateful, struggling to find a job and will be made redundant this December...
If anyone has a suitable position around the Norwich/Great Yarmouth areas I would be glad to hear from you too!

I've recruited and binned a number of CV's over the
years. I'll take a look if you want. Must warn you i'm a little
harsh, but its up to you what you wish to incorporate
into your final version.
Feel free to send it, but allow me 2-3days to get
it back to you.

Don't forget your CV is your primary tool to finding your next job, if it misses the required mark you could miss out on your next career.

Chris,
worried that you make mention of your CV. Best advice I was ever given was make your CV bespoke to the Job. Base it on the ad. Speculative CVs are difficult but rarely have an impact anyway, generally just a lottery. If the Ad says "Dynamic" CV must reflect it. Most of all no more than 2 pages!!!!!!!!! + covering letter.

Wow..... what a response, firstly can I thank you all for your offers of assistance (recieved 28 direct emails), I cannot say how the response to my posting has lifted my spirits, and reaffirmed the commaradere (think thats how its spelt) amongst the IOSH members.
