That is of course if you wish to stick to construction h&s? I am based in central scotland and am currently trying to get my first foot in the door having obtained my general certificate earlier this year. 80% of the h&s jobs in my region are for construction h&s advisors. They all require 3 years experience ideally and either the construction certificate or the general.
