Posted By Sean Nuttall As with all postions of this ilk there will be a very wide range dependent upon where in the country the position is based and the nature of the task. ASMs can be employed because the undertaking is geographically large, because of the nature of the clients undertaking (i.e. work on a chemical manufacturing site where there will be more detailed documentation required and so the ASM will concentrate on that etc) but an ASM up North could be on anywhere between 22 and 30K with van. Site managers on anywhere between 25 and 45K with van/car dependent upon size of task.
