Posted By Stuart Green Im currently working in the Rail Industry in a health, safety and quality adminstrators role. Most of my workload consists of preparing reports and briefing documents, internal audits and some on site competence assessing. I finished the NEBOSH general certificate last December, have attended internal auditor training and completed my A1 assessor award. Im also looking to start my NEBOSH Diploma ASAP. Im now looking to move onto a more hands on role than the administrators role im in at the min (possibly construction industry) but am really struggling with lack of experience. I've had several interviews but seem to have enough on my CV to get me to the interview but not enough experience to get me to the type of position im looking for. It appears i cant get the job without experience but also cant get the experience without the job??? Does anyone have any useful advice as im sure im not the only peron to have had this problem???
