Posted By Tony Gladman Any help would be appreciated. I have worked in M&E (Heating and Ventilation)for 30+ years. For the past seven years I have held a dual role as Installations Manager, and Health and Safety manager. Unfortunately the H&S sometimes plays second fiddle due to my other duties. I'm 52 yrs old...based in West Sussex, and seeking to move into a permanent full time health and safety role...before I become too old to change!!!! I have NEBOSH Cert. BSC Diploma (DipSM)and have just applied for IOSH membership, although I'm not sure at which level. I also hold MIIRSM. I carry out all the normal H&S duties from induction training, specifc training, record keeping for RIDDOR, COSHH, LOLER, PAT (tester cert). RA and MS, pre-contract health and safety plans. Advising management on all matters relating to H&S, and chair the company H&S committee meetings. CV available with copy of the job description just produced by my employer in support of my IOSH membership application. Regards Tony
