Key Deliverables Maintain Legislative compliance records – electrical, mechanical, water management, etc Scheduled Statutory and Mandatory planned maintenance assurance Regulatory compliance – planning, building control, SEPA, HSE Exec Sub contractor Assurance - Pre qualification audits – on going verification – Competency assessments. Management of JCL SHE System and Point of contact / Interface with Client HSE systems Quality control, ISO 9001 Compliance Co ordination of safety training and awareness Maintaining records and databases relating to Assurance Represent Account at site Safety Forums and Meetings Dimensions Acts as a single point of support and competence for HSSEA in the provision of support and guidance in legislation changes Lead supplier third party HSSEA forums. Promote initiative and information sharing driving safe behaviours. Provide key performance indicator statistics and management information for client reports. Analyse results and propose improvement actions. Manage the delivery of the appropriate accident investigation and reporting processes. Lead role in 1/4ly Safety Plans. Conduct scheduled workplace audits, analyse trends, initiate corrective actions as required and provide feedback Qualifications HSE or Quality qualification and a member of a relevant professional organization or working towards. 5 years experience of management of HSE and or Business Compliance Utilising well-developed legislation knowledge people management and problem solving skills. Proven knowledge of Health Safety and Environmental, able to interpret policy and legislation and implement across all working practices.
