Posted By Nerd Hi, I'm a safety manager in my twenties and working full-time for a large comany and having a good time. I am now looking to move on and one route I could go down is to get into consultancy. Has anyone tried both consultancy and safety manager roles? How do they compare? The idea of working from home and controlling my own workload really appeals to me, but I've heard the staff development and employer relationship is not so good. Thanks
