Posted By NISHA Hello, My name is Nisha Goel. I have been working as a Health and Safety Officer at Liverpool City Council for five years. Due to a change in personal circumstances I am looking to relocate to Bristol in the near future. Unfortunately, I am having problems finding suitable health and safety positions via the internet as the searches produce a list of random sites, some not even relevant. Can anybody advise me of any other ways to look for jobs, or are there any employers out there in Bristol, who are looking for a suitably qualified officer. I qualified as a health and safety officerin August 2000, after complteing the IOSH approved Nottingham Trent Diploma in Safety, Health and Enviromental Management. My first degree was in Environmtnal Science and History. At the moment, I am also studying the MSc Environmental Health postgraduate degree.
