Hi there
I have been asked to put together some questions and assessment criteria for a Group HSE Manager role that we are recruiting for.
I was wondering if anyone had any sample tests that they could send over to me so I can start to build a framework.

A huge question! Suggest that you ask for proof of added value from previous posts. It is very easy as H&S Professional to tell others what to do but less easy to be able to demonstrate real added value. Look at 1) Development of and support for teams 2) Positive feedback from those who have to earn fees/produce product and thus pay for central service providers 3) examples of positive and creative intervention that works in practice and is not simply more paper or liability shedding. Delighted to come and probe on your behalf of course!
