It is very easy as H&S Professional to tell others what to do but less easy to be able to demonstrate real added value. Look at 1) Development of and support for teams 2) Positive feedback from those who have to earn fees/produce product and thus pay for central service providers 3) examples of positive and creative intervention that works in practice and is not simply more paper or liability shedding.
