Good morning,
I have been asked by the CEO of a construction company that I deal with to send out this request. The company is based in Central Manchester, and currently has four construction projects in and around the city centre with a combined value of 75m pounds. They are at varying stages of construction, from internal fitting out to ground preparation only. The company would like to appoint a replacement independent planning supervisor (either an individual or company) to oversee these projects as their current planning supervisory arrangements come to an end on May 5th. This position is on a contract basis, not direct employment. The CEO is on a business trip to the far east until Monday 1st May, but if you would like to register your interest in this post please contact ian.mitchell@bsc-group.net with contact details and supporting information etc, and I will pass them onto him to get in touch as appropriate with exactly what the position will entail. No decision has been made on whether to appoint a long-serving PS or to give an up and coming PS a step on the ladder, so the only real condition is that they are based within touching distance of Manchester as the company is very 'hands-on' in its culture. I can offer no financial information as it has not been decided, and is not my business!
PS I do not work in HR so forgive the vagueness for the time being!
Regards, Ian

Hello folks. Please keep the responses coming. The 'closing date' is this Friday to allow a couple of weeks selection process. I will pass all contact details received to the CEO who will contact everybody with full requirements the following week. Alternatively, he may pass them onto me in which case I will contact further.
Kind regards Ian Mitchell
