Posted By Mark Coogan Hello all, I have just left the RAF Regiment and seeking H&S work. I have Nebosh General and studying at the current moment for the Diploma. I am based in Poole Dorset, but realise work is few and far between in this area so I am willing to travel. Which to be honest is no hardship as I have been doing it for the past 22 years. Anyone with any advice and the best way to get on the H&S ladder would be appreciated. Mark Coogan.

Posted By Patrick Burns CMIOSH - SpDipEM - MIQA I would suggest getting involved in H&S in your next job. Once you get settled look to start either th NEBOSH Dip 1 or the NVQ route. I left the RN wit general certificate and was one of the fist Tech SP as well as one of the first CMIOSH. Good luck.
