Posted By stevie potts Is it just me,or is common curtesy disappearing from business as well? Why cant people respond when they say they will? In the last 3 weeks i have had 3 interviews, with each one saying they would let me know how i got on by the end of the following week.Yet here i am still waiting, not a letter, phone call,or even a scabby e-mail! Surely if i take time to prepare and travel to said interviews (some 90mins and more away) it wouldn't take much to let me know how i did(or didn't). Can anyone shed some light on the reasoning behind this,as its very disheartening to say the least!

Posted By Lorne WellI think that people just do not think about the people that do not get the position and think that they will understand. But I think everyone that apply's for a position should be told if they have been put forward for an interview or also if they have not got the position so they can move on as that might not be the only position they have applyed for and may need to know what to do to move on in their career.
