Posted By phil a 'good' interviewer is a bad employer; a 'good' controller is a bad coordinator; a 'good' talker is a bad doer; The quoted words could be exchanged for challenging, dicating and perhaps bullying. You will find that the most challenging, the most demanding and perhaps the most demeaning interviewer to be some one who is less able to handle questions you pose at the end of the interview. They will probably also ask you to attend 2 or 3 interview sessions, produce a presentation, voice record you and unable to feed you back. You will also find the brilliant controller will watch you like a hawk hence missing the opportunity to do the relevant coordination. Simultaneously you will find the organisation being obstructive. Do these sound familiar?

Posted By Anthony Kelly Am I the only person who doesn't really get the point of this posting? Perhaps the fact that no one else has posted a response is an answer in itself? How can you say that someone who interviews well is a bad employer? I for one would be really put off if a company I was being interviewed by was a "bad" interviewer. That would surely be a much better indicator of them being a bad employer. Though how do you define good and bad anyway.........
