Posted By Dee Diane, A lot of my work comes from word of mouth and I tend to deal with smaller companies who can't necessarily afford or have the need for f/t QHSE provision. You work for a Company who then knows of somone in a similar position to themselves and passes on your details and in works down the supply chain, etc. Aside from that there has in the past couple of SHP issues been requests for Associates for training and auditing work, etc., which I have followed up. It is also worth doing a search for the consultancies already set up in your geographical location and see if they wish to farm any work out. Hope this helps. Dee
