I have been in my present position for 7 years, but have been given yet more to do on my work load. It was suggested to me that I have H&S in such a good condition, we would not have to do anything for 6 months and still be ok should the HSE visit, so lets leave it for a while!
(My roles include H&S, quality, facilities, security and also cleaners, but now have transport manager and an admin role) Not allowed to have an assistant, so you can wonder why I am pinning this on the Careers Forum.
This is so I can carry out these new non-H&S positions, which others have done and find stressful. Now I find it stressful as I am fully committed to H&S and have done so for 14 years. I am Tech IOSH and also MIIRSM and experienced in many fields except construction, although would be willing to so.
I am therefore looking for a new H&S position, and have recently had two interviews which were unsuccessful. Can anyone help me, as agencies dont seem to get back when applying to their advertised jobs, or the job has already gone.
My c.v. is available for anyone who is interested.
Many thanks in anticipation of any help and advice given.
Regards
Renown (at home)
