Posted By trevreynolds Does anyone know where I can copy one of the New Fire Risk Assessment Forms please? I have numerous Forms here from HSE and the Chief Fire Officers Association, but I am trying to scale them down. Any help would be appreciated. I work in Transport and understand that there is a different assessment for office personnel as well as the transport side. Once again any help appreciated. TR

Posted By Steven Quote from Factories and Warehouse guidance: “If you have previously carried out a fire risk assessment under the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997, as amended 1999, and this assessment has been regularly reviewed, then all you will need to do is revise that assessment taking account of the wider scope of the Order as described in this guide.”

Posted By shaun mckeever Steven is right, if you have crried out a fire risk assessment under current regs then you only need to review but take account of the wider scope e.g. consider not just employees but others who may be affected (wonder if they did this at the recent fire near Kings Cross).
