Hi,

I'm looking at possibly moving abroad in the next 6-12 months and would appreciate any advice regarding my career possibilites. I'm currently working in N.Ireland and have a Bsc(Hons)Safety, Health and Environmental Mgt degree with 2 years experience as EHS Officer for retail/manufacturing company and as an assistant planning supervisor. Due to a severe lack of career options in N.I for H&S professionals I have decided to consider moving on and possibly Australia as a favoured destination. Would anyone be able to give me some advice or guidance about the best way of exploring this option?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers, Gavin

I am in the same position as you, although happy in my job at the mo, working with semi government dept as h&S advisor, Would be interested in any info you receive re Oz etc.

The forum is usually quite useful, so here's hoping.

Hi Fitz,

I've spoken to someone from a uk based recruitment agency recently but they only dealt in construction h&s in oz and thats not really what i'm looking for. No other contact or advice really so i'm just trying to google info and work something out myself really. If any can help or point me in the right direction that would be a great help.
If i get any feedback i'll post it on here for you to have a look. Good luck mate.

I require x8 Health and Safety contractors to work for a blue chip consulting firm. Independent or working in a team is fine. You will delivery H&S Audits to there client base across the UK (South to North) and Europe/US.

You must be security cleared due to the nature of the clients.

£200-£400 per day + reasonable expenses.

Urgent requirements!

Please send CV’s ASAP to o.jobling@rcs-corp.co.uk
