I am looking for a position within the northeast but am finding it very hard. I have been involved in H&S now for over 15 years but still find it hard to get interviews. I get replies back that say I do not have the experience that they require to fill the roles. Could someone tell me how I will ever get the experience if I do not get given the chance to prove I have what it takes? So come on all you employers give a enthusiastic chap a chance.
