Kenneth, you don't mentioned where you are, or your area of competence, I am in the North West I and my company is considering a position for some one to assist me, I am the company safety manager and would welcome CV's should the position materialise in the near future. I am looking for some one I can mentor, who would be site based to begin with, working with the construction team conducting site checks, with knowledge and experince gained the role will grow at the pace of the indivual where I will assess after training by me and and external courses that I would be willing to send this person on. The main point I am after is someone who is hard working keen to learn new skills and able to apply them this person would be put through a series of training courses such as FASET, Scaffold Inspection, First Aid and other specific courses for example a mast climber course was condcuted only yesterday for six site staff.

I run the training plan for all staff, and conduct the training needs analsys

I am a great beleiver in that you can be any age with any amount of experience so long as I know your level and you are not exposed to areas where you would be out of your depth without top cover.
Hopefully most others would feel the same, should you not be in the North West then hopefully even though I cannot help you I have answered your question.

Regards
Dave
