We are looking at the provision of female sanitation disposal within our numerous retail outlets. We have a small percentage of female workers, some of whom work part time. Whilst appreciating what the Workplace ACOP says regarding the provision of suitable means, I would welcome their provisions.
We are speaking of approx 300 outlets and as some do not have female staff it seems a little excessive to provide all outlets with bins and collection services. Equally, what should be done when there is only one female working part time?

I think you need to put this into the OSH Chat Forum. You may then get an answer.
