For all those hard working safety professional out there who seek new employment.....keep trying.

I sent my CV to all and sundry including agencies and 90% time heard nothing with 10% as knock backs.

Then like the old bus joke, two interviews came along in the same week.

I sat both interviews and was offered both jobs, however prior to attending second one I had already been offered first position and accepted. I haven't looked back, huge increase in salary and a car, it's hard work but the rewards are good.

Don't give up and keep trying.

Homer,

Same with me, including the "bus".

Was 3 years hunting for a decent employer, nearly gave up quite a few times.

As Homer says keep at it.
