Posted By Michelle Hi to all
I was wondering if anybody could help me.
I have 21 years experience in the catering industry (started when i was 11).
Over the past 3 years i have decided to back my experience up with qualifications. I currently have Elementary food hygiene certificate Intermediate food hygiene certificate Advanced food hygiene certificate Professional Trainers certificate NEBOSH level 3 national general certificate First aid at work certificate
I am currently looking to start either the Nebosh diploma 1 or the NVQ level 4. Don't know which one is best.
I am unsure what course of action to take as i have been studying the above courses over the past 3 years and also took a career break to have my son who is nearly 3. So been studying as well as having my son.
I would be very grateful if anyone could advise me on the best action to take as i am unsure what I'm even qualified to do now as my head is full of gobbledygook from all the courses.
thanks for reading Michelle

Posted By kaz I don't want to provide even more confusion, but my suggestion is to consider the new nebosh diploma level 6 or to access a post grad in SHE management such as Nottingham Trent, Salford or portsmouth. not sure what end of the UK you are, but some of the post grads are excellent.
