Hi

I've been assistant to a Planning Supervisor (soon to be CDM-C) for the last half year - prior to this I've been involved in a more general construction admin role.

Although my current employer is keen for me to become a fully fledged CDM-C, they are currently of the opinion that I can learn everything I need 'on the job'. From my understanding of the new regulations I don't feel I can ever achieve that role without formal training and qualifications in both Health and Safety and Construction.

Can anyone recommend any midlands based or distance learning courses (such as Nebosh Construction) that I can gain outside the workplace to supplement my on the job learning - or are you an employer that could offer me a suitable position?

Any careers advice or assistance would be gratefully appreciated.

Regards
Felicity
