Posted By Ioanni Toutoungi Dear IOSH Colleagues Following three intensive years of practical work in Egypt’s energy sector, I received a research placement with the University of Aberdeen to investigate organisational culture and behavioural based safety within the oil industry. The findings were fascinating and the experience gained invaluable. However, I have been away from practical work for sometime now and I find it very hard to get my grip on an HSE job. Here is where I need your help! I am willing to take any HSE post at a basic salary. In return, here are some of the things I can contribute to: enhance the HSE training plan; develop and maintain Health and Safety Management systems; provide Health and Safety advice to all hierarchical grades; conduct inspections/audits; work independently; be self-motivated; support ISO 9001 practices; organise a safety culture and above all stimulate behavioural based safety approaches. As you might already know, BBS skills are highly valuable in our profession and hard to obtain – so, I might be a worth-while candidate to invest some time on! At the moment I live in Croydon and I am willing to commute anywhere in the Greater London periphery. Please note that I am a Grad IOSH member, have my own transport and as a Greek citizen, no work permit is required. Looking forward to any offers and advice. For more details or view my CV please email me at toutoungi@gmail.com or call me directly at 07810303306 - will be great to talk to you. (If you are attending the Metropolitan Branch IOSH meeting on the 8th I might see you there!) Best regards and thank you in advance for reading my page. Ioanni Toutoungi

Posted By IOSH Moderator Hi Ioanni I spotted that you had posted duplicate messages. The Careers forum is the best place for this message. This is for two reasons, it is where potential employers are most likely to look, and the message turnover is slower, so it spends more time on the 'front' page. Therefore I have moved this message across (because it had received a reply) and moved the other one out. Best wishes for your job search Jane Blunt Moderator
