Hi
I just started my H&S career (7-8 months) and that what i want to achieve is work as H&S on construction site in Poland for main contractor from England
I am 22 years old.
I speak:
good
Polish
English
communicative level
Czech
Slovakian
Russian
Qualification:
Nebosh General
Nebosh Construction (last exam in June)
Memberships:
IOSH
The North West Construction Safety Group (hope to join if next meeting will not collide with my exams in June)
I am open for progress.
Now i work as H&S Manager for main contractor on construction site. This is my first job as H&S. I know that now i am getting experience which is really important.
The question is:
a) What qualification will be the best to get to make me adequate person to work in Poland as H&S Manager/Officer on construction site.(Nebosh Diploma that is what i am striving to, but maybe any other qualification which i am not aware of)
b) Do you have any idea how to make connection with competent persons in this area?
c) If this gonna take for example x years of experience with some company here, it is still not a problem.

Maybe the next step for you is NVQ4 not a diploma? This is where you gather evidence of your work to submit for evaluation against a criteria. It is more useful for people already in a H&S role.
Who are you working for in the N.West?

Yes Ian, my mistake, first step will be NVQ lvl 4 because i think that my knowledge and experience in H&S is just opening. I am working for Cobe Consulting Ltd.
